Simple Instructions on how to activate windows 8.1 Pro RTM
step 1. Burn .ISO, or make a bootable USB to install windows 8.1 pro.

step 2. After installation Disable Internet Connection till you get to step.5, Open cmd with admin rights and type: slmgr -upk to uninstall the product key that you just installed to install windows 8.1 Pro.
step 3. Open cmd with admin rights then type: slmgr.vbs -ipk 73RYF-NDRMX-PGGKM-67FBK-DYFDH it should activate after the skype process, If it does not work, Try the other retail Keys below step 6.

Then she will tell you to enter your confirmation id so just follow along then you should get activated after you have entered you confirmation id. Restart your computer or log off then back on and you should be activated.
step 6. Check your activation status and genuine open cmd with admin rights and type
slmgr /ato then exit out of everything and restart your computer to be exact.
